Precision Audiovisual Integration
Full Spectrum Atelier delivers end-to-end AV integration for boardrooms that can't fail and residences that can't compromise. Design-forward. Engineered to disappear.
The Problem
The vendor who underbid. The integrator who didn't speak with the architect. The system no-one tested under load. When your CEO walks into a board meeting and the room doesn't work, the technology isn't what failed — the process did.
VTC drops mid-presentation. Display won't switch. Audio feeds back. The CIO fields the call. The vendor says "it worked in testing." It always does.
New floor, new conference rooms, tight timeline. The AV scope was an afterthought. Now conduit paths are wrong, ceiling heights don't work, and the GC is already drywalling.
Three vendors. Two control systems. One IT team trying to manage it all. Every room works differently. Nobody has documentation. Support calls go in circles.
Systems that technically function but create daily friction. Workarounds become habits. Executive frustration builds quietly until someone demands a full rip and replace.
What We Do
Vendor agnostic. Architecture and design forward. We integrate AV with the building systems that define modern environments — security, HVAC, access control, human-centric lighting, and automated shading — all controllable from a single pane of glass, from anywhere in the world.
Architecture-first integration planning. We coordinate with your design team from schematic through CDs so AV infrastructure is built in, not bolted on. Drawings, BOMs, and specifications your GC can actually build from.
Executive boardrooms, huddle rooms, town halls, and hybrid meeting environments. Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and custom VTC with acoustic treatment, display engineering, and control systems any user can operate in under 10 seconds.
Multi-floor, multi-campus deployments with standardized room types, centralized monitoring, and documented handoff. We build systems your IT team can actually manage after we leave.
Whole-home automation, dedicated media rooms, distributed audio, and invisible technology. Savant, Lutron, and custom solutions designed with your architect and interior designer — not around them.
Technology strategy for CIOs and facilities leaders who need an independent perspective. Standards development, vendor evaluation, budget planning, and RFP support without a sales agenda.
Ongoing system health monitoring, preventive maintenance, and priority response. We stay with our installations because the relationship doesn't end at commissioning.
Pre-deployment RF site surveys, Wi-Fi heatmap analysis, and advanced network architecture designed to support the demanding connectivity requirements of technology-driven luxury estates and enterprise environments. We engineer the backbone your smart systems depend on.

Multi-year retained engagement spanning technology strategy, lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement across multiple offices and conference facilities.
Our Approach
Beautiful technology fails every day because the process behind it was broken. We obsess over the handoffs, the documentation, and the coordination that make the difference between a system that demos well and one that runs for years.
AV planning starts at schematic design, not during construction. We coordinate with architects, interior designers, and IT from day one so infrastructure decisions are intentional.
One team, one point of contact, one scope. No finger-pointing between vendors. When we take on a project, we own it — design through commissioning through support.
A system is only as good as the person using it daily. We design for the executive assistant booking rooms, the IT admin managing firmware, and the facilities team fielding support calls.
Every project ships with complete as-builts, network documentation, user guides, and admin procedures. Your team inherits a system they can manage — not a black box they depend on us to explain.
Our Team
FSA's leadership team brings over six decades of combined experience across audiovisual integration, building controls, automation, network engineering, and system design. Our engineering and programming staff hold the highest-tier certifications from Crestron, Cisco, QSC, Savant, Biamp, Shure, Extron, Ruckus, and AVIXA, including Crestron Master Programmer, AVIXA CTS-I and CTS-D, and Cisco CCNA.
With CTS-certified field technicians and CWA/IBEW-equivalent union personnel on staff, FSA executes large-scale deployments nationwide without compromising the precision and accountability our clients expect.
Leadership
Founder & Principal
Jose built his career at the intersection of institutional rigor and high-end residential craft. Starting as a technician and working through every role in the AV lifecycle, from field installation to system design to program management, he spent two decades leading technology initiatives for Fortune 500 boardrooms, global bank operations centers, and private estates across Los Angeles and New York.
As former Director of AV for a prominent family office, Jose managed multi-year technology programs across corporate, residential, and hospitality environments. He founded Full Spectrum Atelier to bring that same single-thread accountability to a broader client base: one team, one point of contact, no handoffs. He has personally mentored two of FSA's project managers from the ground up and works alongside lead engineer Jon Cioffi, a Crestron Master Programmer and multi-certified systems engineer.
FSA operates bi-coastally from New York and Los Angeles.
